ومنذ تأسيسه ونحن نقدم كافة الحلول القانونية والشرعية في شتى المجالات التجارية والإدارية والجنائية والمدنية وغيرها من المجالات الأخرى لتحقيق الحماية والوقاية القانونية والشرعية لعملائه على المستوى المحلي والدولي.
Our office is the offices licensed to practice the profession in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The office has high-level legal and Sharia dimensions because it has lawyers with extensive experience in these two fields, until it has become one of the most prestigious law firms in the Kingdom. نقوم بتقديم الاستشارات القانونية والشرعية والتي تشمل ما يلي : 1. الرد هاتفيا أو شفويا أو كتابيا على كافة الاستشارات القانونية والشرعية المتعلقة بالقضاء 2. مراجعة العقود التجارية وإبداء الرأي القانوني بما تتوافق مع مصلحة العميل وبما لا يخالف الشرع وأحكام الأنظمة. 3. مراجعة العقود المبرمة مع العمل وتنظيمها وإبداء الرأي حيالها حتى تتفق مع الشرع وأحكام الأنظمة . 4. تزويد العميل بملخص عن أي أنظمة جديدة أو أي تعديلات تطرأ على الأنظمة القائمة فيما يتعلق بنشاطه . - تقديم النصح والمشورة بشأن الإجراءات والتصرفات والمسائل القانونية الأخرى التي يكون العميل طرفاً فيها أو بشأن المنازعات التي قد تنشأ بين العميل وأي من العاملين لديه أو غيرهم من المتعاقدين معه (سواء أكان مدعياً أو مدعى عليه) مثل المنازعات العمالية وقضايا التأمينات الاجتماعية والعلاقات المصرفية، وكذلك المسائل التجارية والبحرية وتأمين النقل على الممتلكات ضد الأخطار ونحوها.
- تقديم المشورة والخدمات القانونية داخلياً بما يمكن الشركة من تحقيق اهدافها الاستراتيجية وسياستها.
- مراجعة الاتفاقيات والتعهدات والمراسلات والاخطارات وأية وثائق قانونية أخرى يطلبها أو يقدمها العميل بما في ذلك مراجعة وتنقيح الوثائق التي تمت صياغتها من قبل الغير وذلك لتحقيق مصلحة العميل.
- صياغة جميع الوثائق القانونية والإدارية المستخدمة من قبل الشركة والإشراف عليها من الناحية القانونية ما في ذلك صياغة جميع أنواع العقود، والاتفاقيات، ومذكرات التفاهم.
- تفسير وشرح المضامين القانونية لنصوص العقود والأنظمة واللوائح والقرارات.
- إعداد وصياغة لائحتي تنظيم العمل والعمال الجزاءات والمكافآت وفقاً لأحكام نظام العمل وتعديلاته ولائحته التنفيذية ومناقشتهما لدى الإدارة المختصة بوزارة العمل ومتابعتهما حتى صدور قرار معالي وزير العمل باعتمادهما ووضعهما موضع التنفيذ.
- اجراء التحقيقات الإدارية مع العاملين وتوقيع الجزاءات الإدارية عليهم، ودراسة التظلمات والشكاوى ورفع التوصيات اللازمة بشأنها.
- متابعة ودراسة كافة التعديلات القانونية في كافة فروع القانون المرتبطة بعمل وعلاقة وأنشطة الشركة وتزويد إدارة الشركة بما يستجد على القضايا من إجراءات ودراسات.
